Frankus emerged from three renowned consulting firms in Düsseldorf:

• Dr. Frankus & Partner GbR, established in 1979, focusing on accounting and tax consulting services for enterprises and private persons in an international context, 
• Dr. Kanzler und Krug, established in 1950, predominantly advising medium-sized  enterprises in the region in accounting and tax matters,
• Treuhand und Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH, established in 1970, with special knowledge in providing comprehensive accounting and tax consulting services to large and medium-sized groups of companies.

Today, we provide our services under the common brand "Frankus", in particular through Frankus Wirtschaftsprüfer Steuerberater GbR and Frankus Treuhand und Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH. 

The Frankus-group currently has about 70 employees, thereof about 30 with one or more professional qualifications (Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, Tax Adviser, Lawyer). Our partners worked all for many years in the audit and tax divisions of „Big Four“ or other well-known mid-sized accounting firms and can contribute their long-term experience in order to successfully advise international, medium-sized enterprises and individual clients in their accounting and tax matters.
